Curved details, from the sculpted staircase banister to softened wall junctions, reference the existing Art Deco influences while bringing a sense of flow through the building. Transitional common spaces are treated as part of the journey, defined by calm tones, clean lines and carefully balanced natural light.
Within the apartments, the interiors express warmth and tactility. Living areas blend traditional details with modern elements, arranged to feel simultaneously cosy and timeless. Wooden floors and planned window treatments enhance texture and comfort, while large windows frame expansive views of the surrounding greenery, drawing the outside in and reinforcing a sense of calm and connection to place.
